Hello! I have a question about leadership. I am at a smallish sized company of 75 people with a design team of two. I am looking to build leadership skills to continue moving forward toward a career in Design Management. Does anyone have recommendations for either courses or classes I. could take to start building these skills and thinking in this direction? Or do you have recommendations for what I can do at my company to get these skills? The other person on my design team is at the same level as me so it makes it an interesting dynamic. I’m in the process of performing qualitative research to validate the value of a product by understanding my segmented customers, their journey and JTBD. I was reading an article on how many respondents is the right number and 400 keeps appearing as a sweet spot. With 400 respondents the room for error is 5%.
