You’ll join a close-knit, multidisciplinary design team working collaboratively to create a cohesive and beautiful patient journey across every touchpoint.
About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will own the design of paid and organic static creative that is engaging, visually compelling, and reflective of the Felix brand. You’ll also contribute to broader brand initiatives including omni-channel campaigns, print and packaging, and cross-functional design assets.
As a core member of the design team, you will help shape the look and feel of Felix across all surfaces and contribute to building an iconic Canadian healthcare brand.
Responsibilities
• Own the design of static social ads from concept through delivery, balancing performance and aesthetics
• Collaborate with strategists, growth managers, and creative teams to translate briefs and insights into effective creative
• Adapt design styles and aesthetics based on brief requirements
• Participate in ideation, staying current on design, social, and cultural trends
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and production efficiency
• Contribute to print advertising, packaging, omni-channel campaigns, and brand partnerships
• Apply and evolve Felix’s brand system across color, typography, photography, and visual language
• Support cross-functional design asset production for ad-hoc projects
• Clearly communicate design rationale to creative and non-creative stakeholders
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in brand design, ideally in consumer-facing environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing static social ad design, with understanding of performance vs. brand creative
• Ability to visually communicate brand values across advertising, packaging, and print
• Exceptional aesthetic sensibility across typography, color, and layout
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with curiosity for emerging tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for improving access to healthcare in Canada
