You’ll join a tight-knit, multidisciplinary design team collaborating closely to create a cohesive and beautiful patient journey.
About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will own the design of paid and organic static creative that is highly engaging, visually compelling, and aligned with the Felix brand.
You’ll contribute to broader brand initiatives, including omni-channel campaigns, print and packaging, and cross-functional design assets — helping shape the overall look and feel of an iconic Canadian healthcare brand.
Responsibilities
• Own the design of static social ads from concept through delivery, ensuring high performance and strong visual impact
• Collaborate with strategists, growth managers, and creative teams to translate briefs and performance insights into effective creative
• Adapt design styles and aesthetics to meet diverse campaign requirements
• Participate in creative ideation and stay current with design, social, and cultural trends
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and elevate creative output
• Contribute to broader brand initiatives including print advertising, packaging, omni-channel campaigns, and partnerships
• Apply and evolve the Felix brand system (colour, typography, photography, etc.) across all surfaces
• Support cross-functional design needs for ad-hoc projects
• Clearly communicate design rationale to creative and non-creative stakeholders
Requirements
• 4+ years of brand design experience, ideally in consumer-facing environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing static social ad design, with understanding of performance vs. brand creative
• Holistic understanding of communicating brand values across advertising, packaging, and print
• Exceptional taste in typography, colour, layout, and overall aesthetics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; curiosity for emerging tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for improving Canadian healthcare access
