Our agency client is looking for a Creative Director with XM experience to join their team for approx 8 weeks, onsite 3 days/week.

Responsibilities:

- Quickly absorb and interpret creative briefs to develop compelling concepts.

- Build mock ups, pitch decks, and presentation materials that bring ideas to life.

- Collaborate with internal teams across concept development, design, and production to ensure seamless execution.

- Present creative concepts to clients across Financial, CPG, Tech, and Government sectors.

- Participate in client meetings, working sessions, and pitch presentations with confidence and clarity.

Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of relevant creative experience, with proven XM expertise.

- Strong understanding of consumer journeys within events, activations, and experiential environments.

- Familiarity with common event assets, deliverables, and their capabilities and limitations.

- Ability to quickly learn and articulate briefs to both internal teams and clients.

- Skilled in developing concepts, creating mock ups, and leading creative presentations.

- Exceptional client facing communication skills, with ease in meetings, workshops, and pitches

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
