Design Engineer (AI × Crypto) — Ω Focus

Ω Focus is building an AI-native task-flow platform where users stay in flow, earn TAO on-chain, and delegate work in real time. We’re looking for a Design Engineer who can transform Figma frames into polished React components — and ship them at startup speed.

The Role

You’ll own both design and front-end code for our core product loops (Start Task → Issue Task → Ω Theatre), embed generative-AI helpers, and weave crypto rewards into a friction-free interface. Expect tight 1–2-day sprints and direct feedback from the founding team.

Key Responsibilities
– Design & implement the full user journey, from task creation to live agent feed.
– Build inline AI features (prompt widgets, agent orchestration, vector search).
– Develop and maintain a themeable, accessible design system delivered as an npm package.
– Integrate on-chain earnings (TAO) with gas-less or single-click wallet flows.
– Collaborate in async-first, GitHub-centric workflows; ship fast, iterate faster.

Required Qualifications
What you bring and Why it matters
– Design-to-Code ownership — Figma ↔ React 18, Next.js 14, TypeScript etc. We merge code, not static mocks.
– AI product experience — LLM tools, prompt flows, embeddings. Agents drive the product; latency & safety intuition are critical.
– On-chain UX expertise — ethers.js, wagmi, smart-contract hooks. Users earn/stake TAO invisibly; the UI must stay friction-free.
– Systems-design mindset — tokens, component APIs, story-driven docs. Consistency and reuse keep velocity high.
– Execution speed & craft — comfortable shipping in 1–2-day sprints. Focus is our value; cadence must match.
