Overview
As a Designer, you are an original thinker and skilled craftsperson with experience in pharma advertising across commercial and doctor/patient projects. Reporting to the ACD Art, you will collaborate closely with Designers, Art Directors, and Medical Writers to transform creative concepts into functional, high-impact designs.

You require minimal supervision, can manage multiple projects under tight timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. Attention to detail, production expertise, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Advanced proficiency in Figma is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Medical Copywriters to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure interaction design feasibility
• Design structured user flows grounded in consistent, extensible conceptual models aligned with customer mental models
• Identify user needs and interpret client challenges to develop innovative solutions
• Define visual language and create cohesive brand experiences across healthcare categories
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design principles
• Apply strong typography, colour theory, and illustration skills to deliver visually impactful designs
• Solve design challenges creatively while meeting project objectives
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and design critiques
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging techniques
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of agency experience
• Portfolio showcasing pharma advertising projects
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience as a Visual Designer or Production Designer in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, design flair, and attention to detail
• Experience in pharmaceutical advertising
• Expertise in typography, colour theory, and illustration
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling
• Creative problem-solving mindset
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prototyping, motion, and technical design skills are assets

Compensation

• Salary: $75,000 per year
• Compensation is based on experience, skills, knowledge, and certifications
