About the UI/UX Designer Job
Responsibilities
Design elegant, functional and accessible user interfaces for our applications.
Define and maintain design systems and style guides.
Create mock-ups, interactive prototypes, wireframes and user journeys.
Conduct co-creation workshops and user testing.
Translate business needs, technical constraints and user behaviors into concrete solutions.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the user experience on all our platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure a faithful implementation of your designs.
Perform UX research (benchmarking, personas, user journeys, etc.) to support your decisions.
Advise stakeholders on best practices in UX/UI design and accessibility.
Desired profile
7 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in an agency or in complex digital environments.
Mastery of tools for design and prototyping.
Strong knowledge of ergonomics, interaction design, accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
Ability to defend your design choices with arguments based on data, testing, and best practices.
Experience in user research, usability testing and heuristic analysis.
Sharp sense of detail and concern for consistency in interfaces.
Good understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) and working collaboratively with developers.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work in agile mode (Scrum or Kanban).
Experience in the video game industry an asset.
