About the UI/UX Designer Job

Responsibilities

* Design elegant, functional and accessible user interfaces for our applications.
* Define and maintain design systems and style guides.
* Create mock-ups, interactive prototypes, wireframes and user journeys.
* Conduct co-creation workshops and user testing.
* Translate business needs, technical constraints and user behaviors into concrete solutions.
* Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the user experience on all our platforms.
* Work closely with developers to ensure a faithful implementation of your designs.
* Perform UX research (benchmarking, personas, user journeys, etc.) to support your decisions.
* Advise stakeholders on best practices in UX/UI design and accessibility.

Desired profile

* 7 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in an agency or in complex digital environments.
* Mastery of tools for design and prototyping.
* Strong knowledge of ergonomics, interaction design, accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
* Ability to defend your design choices with arguments based on data, testing, and best practices.
* Experience in user research, usability testing and heuristic analysis.
* Sharp sense of detail and concern for consistency in interfaces.
* Good understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) and working collaboratively with developers.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to work in agile mode (Scrum or Kanban).
* Experience in the video game industry an asset.
