Dempton's document management and information management specialists participate in the structuring of collaborative spaces in SharePoint and Confluence for our clients. They contribute to the organization of content, the application of taxonomies and the development of user guides and best practices. They integrate UX/UI principles into the design of spaces and pages to optimize the navigation, readability and accessibility of content, while participating in the documentation of processes related to information management and content governance.
In the current context, we are looking for a specialist in document management and information management who will participate in the structuring of collaborative spaces in SharePoint and Confluence, including the creation of page templates, the organization of content and the application of taxonomies. He will collaborate in the review, updating and archiving of existing content according to internal standards. It will contribute to the development of user guides, best practices and documentary standards, while integrating UX/UI principles into the design of spaces.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in the structuring of collaborative spaces in SharePoint and Confluence, including the creation of page templates, the organization of content and the application of taxonomies
* Collaborate in the review, update and archiving of existing content according to internal standards
* Contribute to the development of user guides, best practices and documentary standards
* Integrate UX/UI principles into the design of spaces and pages to optimize the navigation, readability and accessibility of content
* Participate in the documentation of processes related to information management and content governance
* Apply metadata and indexing concepts to improve content findability (enterprise SEO)
* Create page templates and organize content in a structured way
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Contribute to the planning, execution and monitoring of document management projects throughout the lifecycle of initiatives
* Participate in the documentation of standards and processes in collaboration with the relevant teams
* Apply quality and governance standards in information management environments
* Maintain an active watch on best practices in document management and on the evolution of collaborative tools
* Participate in team retrospectives to identify levers for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure a complete view of information management needs
* Supporting users in the adoption of collaborative spaces and good documentary practices
* Contribute to the improvement of the accessibility and navigation of content
* Act as an expert advisor to the project team and stakeholders
* Actively participate in creating value for our customers while embodying Dempton's values on the ground
DESIRED PROFILE
* Training in library science, information management, information science, or any other related field
* Strong interest in digital environments and collaborative tools
* Knowledge of Confluence and SharePoint
* Knowledge of metadata and concepts of indexing and content findability (e.g. corporate SEO)
* Knowledge of or interest in user-centered design (UX/UI) principles
* Sense of organization, rigor and attention to detail
* Ability to popularize and document clearly
* Knowledge of information governance and knowledge management principles (asset)
* Technical writing or content structuring skills (asset)
* Ability to develop user guides and document standards
* Ability to organize and structure content according to taxonomies
