• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes and final designs for a wide range of devices and interfaces (iOS, Android, Web, automotive interfaces).
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Advocate for the user and ensure that the user experience is a key consideration in all stages of product development.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Work with PlugShare’s research team to 1) develop user research and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors; 2) conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into your work.

• At least 3 years of UI/UX software product design experience in native mobile and web app/desktop experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (industrial, information architecture, interaction design, graphics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality user experience designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with web design best practices, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, and Android’s design guides.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $100,000 USD to $110,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
