TEHORA is currently looking for a designer (UX/UI) with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, the following are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate will be expected to provide.

Description of the work or deliverables:

* To review the information collected about the user experience through structured collections or comments obtained in order to continue the work started;
* Recommend best practices related to the field of user experience (UX/UI design);
* Develop and map concepts and ideas;
* Validate the development of online services and propose improvements if necessary;
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure the synchronicity of interdependent deliverables;
* Define strategies (ideation) and design the user experience model (UX Design) for different types of requests or user profiles;
* Design and develop navigable mock-ups and/or prototypes for testing by the target clientele (UI);
* Create harmonious and attractive visual interfaces (UIs) while respecting the graphic charters of the AMP;
* Consult with users and adjust designs based on feedback and analytics.

Profile

* Hold at least (02) two years of relevant experience in UX/UI;
* Master the Adobe suite.
* Have completed a mandate within a Quebec government agency demonstrating knowledge of government requirements in terms of accessibility.

And as the case may be:

For UX:

 The design of interfaces and user journeys;
 UX methodologies: User research, wireframes, prototyping;

For the UI:

 Accessibility principles and inclusive design standards, in line with the standards;
 The basics of graphic design: Typography, colors and visual hierarchy;

 The ability to deal with technical constraints (HTML, CSS, responsive

design);

SALARY

The salary will be calculated on the basis of the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
