The Opportunity

We are hiring a Director Digital Product & Experience Design with a specialized focus on our public website at kpmg.com, marketing automation platform as well as future state products through innovation. This position will lead a team of product managers, business analysts, and designers that is accountable for the implementation of a set of Marketing Technology products that will enable high personalized experiences for KPMG prospects and clients at a Global level.

What you will do

• Lead a team comprised of product managers, business analysts, and designers that are responsible for building digital experiences with development teams
• Accountable for defining and maintaining a documented product roadmap for multiple products.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve higher levels of product and digital maturity
• Lead the Digital Product & Experience Design team to partner with global KPMG stakeholders in Digital Marketing and other departments to understand business needs, goals, and strategy to inform the Public website and email marketing product roadmap.
• Actively engage global stakeholders from KPMG Member Firms to align on collective priorities to inform the product roadmap and backlog items on a release-by-release basis.
• Own the relationship with key external professional services providers to deliver on product enhancements to meet KPMG goals.
• Investigate new products, evaluate fit, and lead the contractual negotiations around pricing and terms
• Lead the review of product metrics with Digital Product & Experience Design team to inform any required changes to the product roadmaps

• 3+ years as a Product Director leading a team dedicated to building digital products
• 7+ years as a Product Owner/Manager with a focus on Marketing Technology.  Specific experience with Marketing Technology products with Adobe and Salesforce preferred
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of Product Owners that support all features and capabilities of the product.
• Knowledge on search on a public website, taxonomy, and enterprise search engine optimization (including technical SEO)
• Hands on experience with developing and communicating product roadmaps, defining priorities to drive product updates and innovation
• Completion of a relevant undergraduate degree or diploma
