• 3-5 years experience in:

  o   Working for an agency or independently as a contractor/freelancer with small/medium size firms

  o   Figma / Adobe XD for digital assets

  o   InDesign or print assets

  o   Photoshop and Illustrator for creating designs and editing

• Experience with creating visual effects and motion graphics is an asset

• Organization and Task Management:

  • Task management

    • Can handle multiple asks with different priorities

    • Can provide quick turn-arounds (i.e. same day for small tasks, next day for medium-sized tasks)

    • Tracks time accurately and honestly

    • Is responsive to Slack messages within regular business hours

    • Detailed Oriented

    • Does not miss details that is provided in content/feedback.

    • Organizes frames, groups, etc., within Figma logically so that our developers can locate assets easily

    • Keeps groups and layers organized in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as needed

   

• Bilingual (English / French) is an asset.  Most assets are required in both English and French.  We will provide all copy translations but is an advantage to be able to understand the copy and reduce the risk of errors.

Working Hours Availability: Business hours: approx. 10:00 AM -5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday, approx. 1.5 – 3 hours per day
