Hi, I’m Shun, founder and CEO of Anima. I left my career as a doctor because I was tired of seeing patients die from delays and misdiagnosis.

Our mission is to deliver precision medicine to anyone, anywhere, in under 24 hours. Our platform already serves millions of patients and 10x’s the capacity of doctors — but we’re just getting started. The Role: Growth Generalist

As a Growth Generalist at Anima, you’ll tackle the company’s most urgent and high-leverage problems. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, revenue, and operations.

Your mission is to identify leverage points and build scalable solutions — whether that’s LLM-powered automations, smarter analytics pipelines, or entirely new internal systems and processes. No two days are the same.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is a force of nature when it comes to solving problems and making things happen.
• Excels at breadth-first search and first-principles thinking.
• Has strong engineering ability and a proven track record of learning new technologies quickly.
• Has experience turning human and non-human systems into high-usability, human-in-the-loop automations.
• Can zoom in and out seamlessly — balancing big-picture strategy with detailed execution.
• Thrives in ambiguity, novelty, and high-pressure timelines.
• Is a team player who measures success by the company’s collective outcomes.
