Voloridge Health is seeking a Product Designer to provide in-house user experience expertise to design mobile and web application features for Voloridge Health products. The ideal Product Designer candidate will have a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an independent thinker and skilled at nurturing the user experience through different stages of the product life cycle.

Summary of Job Functions

The Product Designer will be responsible for the following:

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate UI/UX design ideas and concepts
• Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate UI/UX concept designs and implement user-centered solutions for mobile and web applications, with an emphasis on mobile applications
• Iterating on UI/UX designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience
• Translating the goal of the product into a functional user experience throughout each stage of the product life cycle
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Engineering, or another related field
• At least 3 years of UX design experience for mobile product design
• Must have an understanding of native mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android
• Proficiency in digital design tools, such as Figma
• Experience in all phases of the user experience design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• A well-rounded UI/UX portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
• Leadership and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Skills or Experience 

• Experience with marketing and/or communication design
• Experience managing consumer products leveraging AI, machine learning, and personalization, with a proven track record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products
• Strong data analysis skills to inform design decisions
• Working knowledge of interactive design, animation, and illustration
• Ability to work on-site in Jupiter, Florida
