Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year + eligibility for Annual Incentive Plan

About Globe Content Studio

We are seeking an Interactive Design Lead — a hands-on creative anchor for the Studio who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and values collaboration within a close-knit team.
Design is a key differentiator for Globe Content Studio. This role will help elevate bold, ambitious work that positions the Studio as Canada’s premier content-marketing design shop.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-conversion landing pages for content-marketing campaigns, from wireframes to pixel-perfect execution
• Translate campaign strategy into expressive HTML and CSS, making deliberate typographic, spatial, and motion decisions aligned with storytelling and conversion goals
• Integrate pages into CMS platforms and implement performance tracking (engagement, scroll depth, conversion events)
• Manage and provide art direction to external collaborators as needed
• Contribute to pitch ideation with mockups, case studies, mood boards, and visual examples
• Support and evolve the Globe Content Studio visual identity alongside the Creative Lead
• Stay ahead of design trends, including generative AI tools, and test emerging technologies responsibly
• Create social and off-platform assets for Studio campaigns
• Develop interactive formats such as quizzes and polls
• Maintain creative and technical excellence while balancing multiple projects
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in design or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong HTML and CSS expertise with basic JavaScript knowledge
• Ability to adapt to various content management systems
• Video editing and motion graphics experience (asset)
• Openness to testing generative AI tools in live environments when appropriate
• Comfort designing for and posting across social media platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (asset)
