You Will

• Design Interactive Experiences: Design visually compelling and user-centered interactive experiences across the web, both mobile and desktop.
• Collaborate for Success: Work alongside other designers, developers, strategists, and account managers to deliver projects that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
• Participate in Client Meetings and Presentations: Meet with clients to discuss their business goals, articulating design concepts and rationales clearly and confidently.
• Transform Ideas into Results: Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with client brand guidelines and business goals.
• Be Strategic yet Nimble: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Communicate Effectively: Articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to a broad audience, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay Ahead: Remain informed about current trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously advance our processes and uphold our commitment to innovation within the agency.

Requirements

• Greater St Louis Area ONLY
• Remote role with the ability to travel to HQ in St Louis
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in interactive design, with a portfolio that showcases successful projects, particularly in website design.
• Skilled in using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Elementor, Crazy Egg and Microsoft Clarity.
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus, enhancing collaboration with development teams.
• Experience and comfort with client-facing interactions with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple and understandable terms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field is is plus!
