The UX designer will contribute to a software design solution by understanding user needs in a variety of enterprise spaces and creating innovative concepts to help solve those challenges. The designer will integrate with cross-functional teams across all parts of Zebra’s business, practicing design thinking and evangelizing a human-centered design approach to ensure Zebra’s solutions offer a best-in-class experience for our customers. The designer will look to support a variety of software deliverables ranging from information architecture, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect production UI specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborates closely with Senior Designers to generate concept solutions to design problems.
• Supports all stages of design development process from customer research, concept development, prototyping and execution.
• Presents concepts to internal designers for feedback.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in HCI, design or equivalent.
- 0+ years of professional experience as a User Experience Designer.
- Must have experience using Figma and Miro.
- Demonstrated ability and experience creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- Candidates will be required to provide portfolio with completed past work and accomplishments during interview process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile framework.
- Basic understanding of interaction design, visual design, design systems, and other related design skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual development ability.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile technology.
- Strong communicator.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
- Knowledge of user experience principles and interaction design best practices.

Salary: USD 65500.00 – USD 98300.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
