Lead Product Designer (UI/UX)
Description
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and business goals
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across projects
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes
- Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- 4-5 years of Industry experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
