About our Product Design Team:
We are on a mission to Drive Actabl’s growth and profitability by promoting cross-team collaboration, we design customer-centered solutions that enhance product scalability, adding value for our customers.
Your Profile:
You are humble and have experience with product design, with a focus on delivering value to users and customers. You should be capable of handling design projects from start to finish and working well with different teams to make sure your designs match our product and company goals.
- Solid Portfolio
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broad team
- Some experience with Design System
- Familiar with Figma, Dovetail, and Analytics Tools
- +3 years of experience with Product Design (preferably SaaS)
- Good communication; ability to articulate and discuss your design decisions
- Based in Brazil
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Understand the company’s needs and relate your work to business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end design initiatives, consistently delivering high-quality, and user-centric designs that align with our product and company goals.
- Create and resolve end-to-end user experiences
- Work with multi-functional teams in an agile environment
- Cultivate trust among peers to foster productive relationships
- Deliver refined visual design
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies
- Go beyond your scope when possible by not stopping at your deliverables
- Contribute to our Design System enhancement
- Pair with Design Leads to define the product design vision of your domain
