Responsibilities:

• Creates wireframes, concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design solutions
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering and research, and others to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs
• Collaborates closely with research and contributes to research strategy
• Advocates the role of design in the development process
• Understands business goals in regards to the product area
• Works to broaden product and domain expertise
• Receives, weighs, and integrates diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary team
• Presents designs in a clear, confident, and concise manner to diverse audiences
• Able to explain rationale for design decisions within a larger context
• Regularly communicates project status and shares design iterations
• Assists senior designers by providing help on small design tasks
• Stays up-to-date with design and technology trends and best practices
• Demonstrates ability to work well with others

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of working experience in a design led organisation
• Product Design education from a reputed institute
• Ability to clearly communicate and be proactive in leading innovation in design for our product range
