Compensation
$63,000 – $76,650 USD per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Product Designer to elevate user experiences across a diverse portfolio of CRM platforms, engineering applications, Revit add-ins, and emerging AI tools serving the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments, takes ownership, and balances high-level strategy with pixel-perfect execution. You’ll join a collaborative and transparent team culture and help strengthen that environment through open communication and teamwork.
Essential Functions
• Define User Needs (20%) – Conduct research, engage stakeholders, evaluate interfaces, and translate insights into user flows and design requirements.
• Rapid Prototyping (50%) – Create iterative low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to validate usability before development.
• Iteration (20%) – Refine designs through feedback cycles from users, stakeholders, and developers.
• User Testing (10%) – Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing to inform improvements.
• Graphic Design (10%) – Design branded visual assets and iconography for consistency across products.
Position Requirements
• Strong understanding of human-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, and Lucid (nice to have).
• Strong visual design and vector graphic skills.
• Experience leveraging third-party design systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience designing for BIM software (e.g., Revit).
• Experience with XAML front-end coding.
• Experience with branding design.
• Familiarity with accessible design principles.

Travel Requirements
• Up to 5% travel across the United States.
• Travel may include client sites, meetings, conferences, and business activities.
Education & Experience
• 3+ years of end-to-end product design experience with shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
