The Role
As a Product Designer at EvenUp, you will take full ownership of the design for a scoped feature or product surface within our AI-powered legal platform. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions that directly support our mission of advocating for injury victims.

This role requires strong independence, a high level of ownership, and the ability to balance design craft with fast-paced product development.

What You'll Do
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand internal and external user needs
• Translate insights into intuitive, efficient, and user-centered product experiences
• Design cohesive user flows and interactions using design system components
• Identify design system gaps and recommend improvements to patterns and components
• Craft polished, high-quality interfaces while maintaining accessibility and visual clarity
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and ML researchers to ship features quickly and effectively
• Operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Balance rapid iteration with high design quality through structured problem-solving
• Present and communicate design work clearly across teams and stakeholders
• Connect design decisions to product strategy and long-term product vision

What We Look For
• 3–5 years of experience in software product design
• Experience designing user-centric B2B products
• Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered products
• Strong proficiency with Figma
• Experience conducting qualitative user research
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and execute in fast-moving environments
• Startup experience or comfort working in high-growth companies

Bonus Experience
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Experience designing dashboards or data visualization interfaces
• B2B SaaS product experience

Compensation
$117,901 – $189,750 USD (depending on experience and level)
