About the Role:

• We are looking for Product Designer to work on Onboarding & Growth experiences for the Business Messaging org, to enable a new product in Ads Manager.
• Strong collaboration to drive alignment conversations with partner teams.
• Strong craft to upload the high-quality bar of our product.
• Need a Product Designer that has strong systems and product thinking, as well as craft.

Job Title: Product Designer III

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for creating e2e experiences simplifying onboarding, helping increase product discovery, and UX improvements product settings and permissions.
• The Product Designer will be responsible for projects in the Onboarding & Growth space specifically for Simplifying onboarding experiences, helping drive discoverability of a new product, and UX improvements to business settings and permissions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field required.
• 4+ years of experience building and shipping multiple features that are broad/ambiguous in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.
• 4+ years of interaction design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people’s needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale.
• Use appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.
• 4+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
• 4+ years of strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $114,400 – $156,000 annually.  Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
