Job Overview
As a Product Designer on the Intuit Assist for QuickBooks team, you will help envision the future of QuickBooks by leveraging AI technology to imagine and build world-class experiences that will help small business owners thrive. Working with our design team, you will explore, prototype, and develop products that address our biggest customer problems and define the future of how small businesses operate and manage their finances. You will collaborate with other designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to create meaningful experiences that build confidence and help small businesses prosper.

Qualifications
- Professional experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field
- Solid understanding of designing intuitive functionality, interaction, experience architecture, and user interfaces
- Mastery of Figma and popular prototyping tools
- Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
- Comfortable with an iterative design approach that includes accepting and acting on feedback
- Knowledge of modern technology possibilities and limitations
- Strong online portfolio available for viewing
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field
Responsibilities
- Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs and business goals that leverage AI technologies across web & mobile platforms
- Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas that and narrow through customer research, experimentation, and feedback
- Prioritize work & multi-task well; Wear multiple hats in a true start-up spirit to support adjacent areas like interaction design or user research
- Create compelling UX visions, UI specifications, high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes
- Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, development, marketing, and other cross-functional partners and teams
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $121,000 – 163,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
