The Role
As a Product Designer at Meta, you will help design innovative products and experiences that bring people closer together. You’ll work across the entire product development lifecycle—from early concept exploration to final pixel-level execution before launch.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to build high-quality experiences that are intuitive, valuable, and beautifully crafted.

This posting represents multiple product design roles across Meta’s product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate broad product ideas into useful experiences for billions of users
• Design flows and interactions that simplify complex tasks into intuitive interfaces
• Create new product experiences, layouts, and visual systems
• Contribute to strategic decisions about the future direction of Meta products
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to improve product quality
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to guide products from concept to launch
• Present design concepts and communicate ideas clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience designing complex software products
• Strong background in user experience, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating stakeholder feedback into design strategy
• Experience leading design initiatives and presenting work to executive-level stakeholders
• Proficiency with prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience collaborating across multiple initiatives and product teams
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship that positively impacts team culture and design quality

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $139,000 – $199,000 USD per year

Additional compensation may include:
• Performance bonus
• Equity awards

Final compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and qualifications.
