About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to help shape our web-based ESG data management and reporting platform. You will play a meaningful role in defining intuitive, user-centered experiences that enable users to confidently work with complex, data-rich ESG workflows.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience translating complex, interconnected workflows into cohesive and intuitive customer journeys, supported by user-friendly interfaces that work elegantly across the product. Because our team collaborates daily across Montréal and global partner teams, fluency in English and French is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to craft thoughtful end-to-end experiences across our platform.
• Lead user research and usability testing to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform design decisions.
• Translate complex problems and requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements.
• Deliver data-informed design solutions that balance usability, performance, consistency, and accessibility across modules of the product.
• Present your work in design reviews and offer constructive, supportive feedback to teammates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our design processes, design system, and user research frameworks.

Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for web-based applications. Experience in SaaS products is strongly preferred.
• Strong grounding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
• Proven ability to independently break down and solve complex, ambiguous user problems with structured thinking and creativity.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable influencing product decisions through design.
• High level of attention to detail, visual craft, and interaction quality.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing for data-heavy, reporting-focused platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Previous experience working in an agile development environment.

Who You Are
A creative problem-solver with a passion for transforming complexity into simplicity.
A collaborative team player who thrives in iterative, open, and supportive environments, actively contributing to team culture while embracing feedback and continuous learning from peers.
Someone who cares about sustainability and ESG-related topics—or is excited to learn more.

Work Environment
We operate in a hybrid model; you will join us onsite in Montréal three days per week in a fun, supportive, and agile environment that encourages autonomy, learning, and professional growth.
