The Role
As a Product Designer at Qventus, you will collaborate closely with product managers, clinical experts, data scientists, and engineers to craft intuitive, high-impact user experiences across pre-surgical and post-surgical workflows.
You will:
• Organize visually complex information into compelling, intuitive interfaces
• Test interactive prototypes with customers
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced collaboration
• Deliver work that creates meaningful real-world impact
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of Product Design experience
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Service Design, or equivalent
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact

Visual Design & Information Architecture
• Ability to structure complex information into concise, intuitive, visually polished experiences
• Demonstrated thinking across user flows, states, micro-interactions, and broader frameworks
Customer Advocacy
• Experience gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to define and prioritize user needs
End-to-End Solutions
• Experience delivering responsive web and mobile experiences
Figma Mastery
• Expertise building components, flows, and cohesive systems
• Rapid interactive prototyping within Figma
• Experience leveraging variables and variants
Design Systems
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
Accessibility
• Designs meet WCAG 2.2 and ADA accessibility standards
Service Design
• Ability to map complex workflows and user journeys to align teams on big-picture solutions
Nice to Have
• Prototypes featuring thoughtful animations and microinteractions
• Advanced data visualization beyond traditional dashboards
• Experience in complex, regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, logistics, robotics, government, automotive)
• Experience working with AI/LLMs
• Ability to write front-end code
