Ramsey Solutions is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Designer for EveryDollar. We can’t hide it. We love budgeting. We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong digital background in digital product design and a proven track record of successfully executing end-to-end product experiences. This person will play a crucial role in defining the creative directiondesign experience across EveryDollar. This role will encompass not only design initiatives but will also extend to shaping the future of product experience within EveryDollar. They will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design and innovation through the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will think strategically and holistically about brand and customer experiences, including the in appin-app product experience. The Product Designer will be at the helm of this digital product evolution, responsible for shaping and leading the creative design direction from concept to execution. They will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of design and innovation throughout the product lifecyclein the creation of innovative product experiences. The Product Designer will play a key role in creating product value that not only attracts new customers to the app but also keeps them engaged and excited throughout their budgeting journey. They will serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring that the app maintains user-centric experiences that align with our brand values and consistently deliver exceptional functional and aesthetic outcomes.

• Lead the design and implementation of user-centered digital product experiences from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and tech leads to drive creative innovation and deliver exceptional functional and aesthetic outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors through research and testing, incorporating insights into design solutions.
• Create design concepts, prototypes, and final designs that reflect creative excellence and technical feasibility.
• Challenge the confines of creative innovation, maintaining an elevated standard of excellence and aesthetic.
• Inspire deep (and fun) cross-functional relationships that ultimately build stronger products for our tribe.
• Push creative boundaries, keeping a high bar of quality that our tribe has come to expect.

• A fan of Ramsey Solutions.
• 4+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on end-to-end product within a consumer technology/digital-focused environment that has an app that users engage in is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful digital product design projects.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and design systems.
• Proven experience in group coaching / “trio coaching”- utilizing group coaching to effectively bridge the gap between product design, product engineering, and product management.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed design decisions.
• Always in tune with the “pulse” of the organization; a demonstrated track record of influencing, listening, building trust, and affecting change.
