You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Game Design to create innovative, user-centric products aligned with business goals. • Design and improve features across teacher, student, and game platforms
• Create graphics, illustrations, and UI icons to contextualize the user experience
• Lead the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, redlining, and usability testing
• Design user-friendly experiences for web, mobile, and other platforms with accessibility and responsiveness as priorities
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components
• Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across multiple design systems
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Game UI Artist, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of web and mobile design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices
• Experience designing icons, interfaces, illustrations, and graphics for games (strong plus)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (bonus, not required)
