About Your Role
We are seeking an exceptionally strategic, highly organized Director, Brand & Creative Services to architect and professionalize our creative engine as we scale.
This is a builder-leader role combining brand stewardship with operational rigor. You will elevate Juniper Square’s visual identity while building the systems required to deliver world-class work consistently and efficiently.
You’ll shape how Juniper Square shows up across all key touchpoints — partnering with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders to translate complex fintech into clear, credible storytelling for institutional audiences.
This role reports to the Head of Corporate Marketing.

What You’ll Do
Creative & Brand Leadership
• Define and evolve Juniper Square’s creative vision across web, campaigns, sales enablement, events, video, and executive communications.
• Ensure consistent brand expression that builds trust in Private Equity and Investment markets.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing leadership to align creative priorities with business goals.
Creative Operations & Execution
• Transform the brand creative operating model into a proactive, scalable studio model.
• Audit and restructure intake, prioritization, resourcing, and workflows (e.g., Figma, Asana).
• Improve delivery speed and predictability through structured processes and visibility.
• Maintain templates and enablement systems (Brand Hubs, Asset Libraries) to empower cross-functional teams.
Team & Agency Leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of designers and creators.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships (video, experiential), budgets, and quality control.
• Foster a culture of craft, curiosity, accountability, and thoughtful AI integration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner across Product, Sales, Customer, and executive teams to support the full funnel (awareness to retention).
• Translate complex product and market concepts into compelling narratives for institutional decision-makers.
• Improve high-impact brand moments including website, sales materials, and customer storytelling.
Qualifications
• 12+ years of brand and creative leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or trust-heavy industries (fintech, security, infrastructure, regulated industries).
• Experience leading in-house creative teams at a post-IPO or late-stage growth company.
• Strong operational mindset with experience building structured workflows (intake, prioritization, SLAs).
• Experience leading brand transformations, rebrands, or major organizational change.
• Deep familiarity with creative workflows (Figma, Adobe, Asana).
• Portfolio demonstrating brand-building across web, campaigns, sales materials, events, and video.
Compensation
Compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
U.S. Base Salary Target: $205,000
Actual base salary will depend on experience, skillset, location, and applicable local requirements.
