We’re looking for a Product Designer to create world-class user experience across our core product set and on multiple platforms. You’ll contribute to shaping the design culture and process from the ground up and get to drive big and meaningful design problems. As part of the team your goals will be to help create high customer satisfaction and retention through the creation of industry leading intelligent protection experiences.
Your work will have a large impact on shaping the experience people have as they use Aura to protect themselves and their families. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing cross-functional team with deep expertise in Marketing, Creative, Product, Engineering, and Analytics.
Day to Day:
- Analyze and modify workflows in existing software and design workflows for new applications.
- Graphically design software products in a clear, intuitive, and visually appealing manner for external and internal users across a variety of web and mobile products.
- Lead the design for major security features, including a password manager, dark web scanning, data broker removal, public records monitoring, and financial transaction monitoring across the Aura browser extension, mobile app, and web app.
- Act as a subject matter expert in dark web monitoring services, browser extension, and password manager tech.
- Perform usage data analysis and interpretation for design improvement. Research customer usability and industry trends.
What you bring to the table:
- 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- User Interface and information architecture design
- Experience in the consumer internet security industry
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe AfterEffects
- Masters of complex design systems
- 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- User experience research and analysis
- Designing cross-platform experiences for mobile applicants, Windows or MacOS applications, Web applications, and browser extensions for Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox
- User interface design prototyping in Object or component-oriented development software Python
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Graphic Information Technology or a related field. Any combination of degrees, diplomas, and/or experience evaluated as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
