The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of clinical education within Fullscript Academy.
You are a strong product designer first and foremost, with deep UX experience and exceptional visual craft. You design intuitive, credible, and modern interfaces appropriate for a clinical, professional audience.
Importantly, you understand how to design for learning outcomes — not just task completion. You know how to support comprehension, retention, motivation, and long-term behavior change.
What You’ll Do
Design End-to-End Provider Journeys
• Create seamless onboarding, discovery, and course enrollment flows
• Support knowledge retention and confident application of learning
• Ensure transitions from education to action across the Fullscript ecosystem feel natural and contextual
Design for Learning & Behavior Change
• Craft experiences that support understanding, not just usage
• Reduce complexity while preserving clinical nuance
• Collaborate with clinicians and content leaders to shape new educational formats
Research & Iteration
• Lead nimble UX research and usability testing
• Experiment with interaction patterns and information architecture
• Translate behavioral data and insights into clear design direction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Engineering to refine scope and deliver production-ready designs
• Adapt to technical constraints while maintaining quality
• Contribute scalable patterns for clarity and consistency across Academy
What You Bring
• Strong product design craft across UX research, UX design, and visual design
• Experience designing digital products end-to-end (discovery → concept → alignment → prototyping → developer handoff)
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams
• Experience designing for learning, knowledge retention, or behavior change outcomes
• Experience working across connected surfaces or product ecosystems
Bonus Experience
• Professional EdTech platforms
• Digital onboarding or academy-style products
• Financial education / literacy tools
• AI-powered knowledge or note-taking tools
• Healthcare (nice to have, not required)
Compensation
Salary Range: $115,000 – $145,000 CAD
(Base salary only; excludes stock options, wellness stipends, and other benefits.)
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits and total rewards vary by region.
