The Role
Everbridge is seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complex enterprise environments, thinks in systems, and delivers high-quality, thoughtful design.
This role focuses on shaping mission-critical enterprise experiences used in real-world, high-stakes situations. You will help bring clarity to ambiguity, influence product direction, and elevate design standards across teams.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Design Leadership
• Lead design for complex enterprise SaaS workflows across web and mobile
• Shape experiences from discovery through launch and iteration
• Translate operational complexity into intuitive, scalable solutions
Collaboration & Facilitation
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and constraints
• Facilitate workshops to transform ambiguity into direction
• Present clear, compelling narratives explaining the what, why, and how
Research & Systems Thinking
• Conduct interviews, workflow analysis, competitive reviews, and usability testing
• Create clear IA, interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Contribute to and evolve a component-driven design system in Figma
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and implementation quality
AI & Responsible Design
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Dovetail, Figma Make) to accelerate workflows
• Apply thoughtful judgment around privacy, security, and ethical design
• Adapt as AI continues to reshape product design practices
Design Excellence
• Lead critiques and collaborative problem solving
• Raise the bar for visual quality and usability
• Balance speed and excellence across initiatives
What You'll Bring
• 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, Auto Layout, prototyping)
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily workflow
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable impact
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and high-complexity initiatives
• High ownership mindset across multiple product areas
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, accessibility, and design systems
• Collaborative, low-ego working style
Bonus Experience
• Operational, safety-critical, or incident management platforms
• Scaling and governing design systems
• Understanding of front-end implementation constraints
• Designing AI-infused product experiences (assistants, automation, personalization)
• Knowledge of HCI and Human-AI Interaction principles
Compensation
Salary Range: $110,500 – $147,300 CAD
May include variable compensation. Final offer based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
