Role

As a senior product designer at Exygy, you will primarily focus on the delivery of client work while also supporting business development and coaching design team members within our consulting business line.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting a high-performing product design team. You will be responsible for delivering UX/UI product designs and partnering with product managers and engineers in all phases of the design process – from discovery to production. Because of Exygy’s social impact focus, our end users often are members of under-resourced communities whom the outcomes of design may directly impact. This makes it critical that you steward a process that centers their voices while celebrating the creativity and knowledge present in the community. Ensuring the final design assets are accessible, impactful, and equitable is integral to our process.

Since this is a client-facing role, you should also be ready to create and guide your team on how to conduct presentations and present designs and recommendations to clients, as well as clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to internal and external stakeholders and community members.
