A “Day in the Life" of a Senior Product Designer:

* Define product requirements and shape product vision through co-creation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, delivering design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
* Help the team maintain an up-to-date Figma-based design system and ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
* Collaborate within Agile/SCRUM workflows to align design efforts with development processes.
* Educate teams on UX design processes, emphasizing design thinking and best practices.
* Convey design intent clearly to engineering teams for seamless implementation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
* 5+ years in digital product design, with expertise in responsive web, mobile interfaces, Android-based apps, and enterprise dashboards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop clear information architectures, effective visual hierarchies, and user-centered dashboards.
* Passionate about continuous learning and improving design methodologies.
