As a Senior Product Designer II, you will play a critical role in defining and shaping how players interact with our current and future products.
What you'll be doing at Mistplay
• Translate broad, conceptual ideas into meaningful, player-focused product experiences that surprise and delight, leveraging a strong foundation in UI/UX and responsive design.
• Assume the evolution of a scalable design system, applying best practices and technical pipeline development adapted to gaming and loyalty platforms.
• Design end-to-end user flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into intuitive, usable interfaces.
• Produce high-fidelity sketches, concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with teams.
• Lead design discovery and experimentation, autonomously planning and conducting research, prototyping, and usability testing to identify the most impactful opportunities.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to guide the user experience from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as needed throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Data and Analytics teams to define event tracking and measurement strategies that validate design assumptions and inform iteration.

What you'll bring to Mistplay
• 7+ years of product design experience, including significant experience as a senior or leader-level individual contributor.
• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end design initiatives, translating broad concepts into products delivered within gaming, mobile, or loyalty platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, as well as experience using complementary tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven track record in building and evolving scalable design systems to drive consistency and efficiency across products.
• Strong prototyping skills, with experience in choosing the appropriate fidelity to support discovery, validation, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience in planning and conducting user research and usability testing independently, using tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or equivalent methods.
• Ability to partner with data and analytics teams and leverage product information to inform and validate design decisions.
