The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (Individual Contributor) to accelerate our design capabilities across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be solving complex UX challenges, creating seamless workflows, and building scalable design systems that power multiple companies simultaneously.

Your Impact

Core Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end user experiences for Intercap’s registry platforms (my.inc, my.box) and new ventures
• Create intuitive workflows for complex systems (domain management, onboarding, account structures)
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency and speed
• Conduct user research + usability testing to validate concepts and refine solutions
• Rapidly prototype using modern design tools and AI-powered workflows
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and founders to ship polished, functional experiences
• Lead MVP and feature design for 0→1 venture launches

Occasional Responsibilities
• Support basic visual identity + go-to-market assets when needed
• Ensure brand cohesion across the Intercap ecosystem

What You Bring
• 5–8 years of product design experience with a strong UX/UI portfolio
• Proven ability to design complex workflows, dashboards, and multi-step journeys
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools
• Experience running user research + usability testing
• Systems thinker who can scale solutions across multiple products
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and shifting contexts
• Strong communicator, able to influence product decisions with clarity
• Bonus: SaaS, domain services, or B2B platform experience
