Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work on innovative B2B(2C) digital products within the mobility and transportation space. These products help cities and organizations improve urban transportation systems and enhance commuter experiences through real-time multimodal trip planning and advanced traveler information systems.
You will help shape the future of HotSpot, Arcadis’ end-to-end parking solution in North America. HotSpot simplifies complex transportation ecosystems by integrating transit, parking, and taxi services while delivering predictive insights that enable smarter city and organizational decision-making.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to user-centric design culture at Arcadis and shape the future of sustainable urban mobility through thoughtful, impactful design.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Design
• Lead design for enterprise-scale applications
• Simplify complex systems into intuitive, actionable experiences
Requirements Translation & Co-Creation
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define, clarify, and refine business and technical requirements
• Ensure alignment between user needs and product goals
User Experience Development
• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile
User Research & Validation
• Conduct research to understand user behaviors, motivations, and pain points
• Use insights to validate and inform design decisions
Experimentation & Iteration
• Develop and test design hypotheses
• Use feedback loops and testing to drive discovery and continuous improvement
Design Systems
• Design and maintain UI components within a design system
• Ensure consistency across products
• Contribute to the system’s ongoing evolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams
• Maintain design integrity through development
Communication & Leadership
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders
• Mentor fellow designers and foster innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
• Proven experience delivering user-centered solutions across web and mobile
• Experience designing for global audiences with diverse cultural and contextual needs
• Strong end-to-end product design experience, especially in complex enterprise environments
• Strong advocate of design thinking with ability to influence stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, translating complex processes into intuitive experiences

Compensation
Salary range: $97,000 – $117,000 USD
Compensation will vary based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
