What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end product design from concept through polished execution
• Build on existing design foundations by refining patterns and evolving the design system
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to define problems and ship high-quality solutions
• Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual designs
• Produce high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets
• Continuously iterate on shipped features using customer feedback and metrics to drive measurable improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional product design experience in fast-paced environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing shipped, high-quality work
• Comfort operating with autonomy and taking initiative in a startup setting
• Deep understanding of design systems and strong visual and interaction design craft
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about building from the ground floor
• Eligibility to work in Canada
