What to expect in this role

You will be part of a creative and dynamic team that is highly motivated to create impact. As Senior UI/UX Designer you will:

• Conduct all phases of the UX & design process: user research, concept development, visual design and prototyping
• Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions
• Take full ownership of your work and the details required to ship a successful product
• Define entire user experiences, and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows, site maps and high-fidelity prototypes
• Create intuitive, elegant, user-centric designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design execution
• Work with our engineers to effectively implement the product vision and understand the limitations and necessities of the development side
• Handle multiple projects at once as part of a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative team.

Qualifications and Tech Proficiency

• 5+ years of proven experience as UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX and visual skills in digital products
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
• Advanced knowledge of the best UX/UI practices for web and mobile and the best components for Android and iOS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Se, etc.
• FinTech Startup background is a PLUS
• Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitudes
• Fluency in English
• Ability to adapt to change
