Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product UI/UX Designer to join our team. The candidate must have Payroll/HCM industry experience. As the Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design process, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create innovative and intuitive designs. You will lead the UI/UX design strategy, conduct user research, and create wireframes and prototypes to inform the development of exceptional digital experiences. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and deliver a seamless user interface and user experience.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
– Must have experience in the Payroll/HCM industry
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
– Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
– In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
– Ability to lead and mentor a team of UI/UX Designers to deliver high-quality work.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

– Lead the UI/UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and UI/UX strategy.
– Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences.
– Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
– Produce detailed design specifications and deliver design assets to the development team.
– Advocate for the user by incorporating user feedback and usability findings into design iterations.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UI/UX Designers to foster their professional growth.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
