Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior UI/UX Designer at RewardsX. The selected individual will be responsible for designing mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visual and user interfaces, ensuring alignment with user experience principles. The role includes enhancing the usability and aesthetics of the product and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure seamless front-end implementation. This role emphasizes creative design solutions to deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience, contributing to the platform's success. Please note that this is an equity-only role until the organization is funded.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Mockups, crafting high-quality Visual Design, and developing Prototyping solutions
• Strong expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and user-centered design principles
• Experience and skills in Front-End Development
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team and prioritize multiple design tasks
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of tools and platforms relevant to design and implementation workflows
• Previous experience in start-up environments or equity-based roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
