The Opportunity:
Exciting opportunity for a dynamic, team-oriented, highly-motivated Senior UI-UX Designer to join our team. SportsBiz is optimizing the $100B sports sponsorship ecosystem for corporate brands through our proprietary decision-making and advanced data analytics software platform, DeepSport Solutions. This recurring license technology platform empowers brands to remedy the vast financial inefficiencies impacting the sports marketing industry. Advancing the technologies of automation and artificial intelligence – we are disrupting the future of Sports Marketing.
Important – Pay:
The entire SportsBiz team is working for both stock options and cash payments in the form of routine stipends. SportsBiz has attracted a reputable group of investors including high net worth individuals, angel investors, and family offices. Full salaries, however, will be paid only upon the company’s completing its fundraising efforts anticipated in Q1/Q2.
As a Senior UX-UI Designer You Will:
- Help define and drive a common Design strategy across SportsBiz entire suite of current and future products.
- Create pixel perfect flawless UI that extends existing brand guidelines, establishing core frameworks that lead design at scale and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure UX designs are properly implemented.
- Mentor and lead a team of UX/UI designers.
- Create opportunities to align design and experience across our lines of business, products, and services.
- Support cross-functional efforts and model collaboration behaviors.
- Assist in direct software engineers in the design thinking and processes.
- Champion work methods that favor fast iteration, deep user research, and broad experimentation.
- Work closely with the Company’s CEO, CTO, Chief Creative Officer and Lead Data Scientist on creative strategy as part of the overall brand strategy.
- The passion for building iconic products.

- Expert in Figma and a sophisticated eye for design including intelligently executed layouts.
- Excellent understanding of design systems, UX and UI product design and experience with brand architecture and design systems (IA, pattern library, visual design libraries, motion library).
- Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and capable of independent decision-making as well as able to take direction.
- A proven track record of innovative product design.
- A knack for working cross functionally, company wide.
- Front end development knowledge is a plus.
The Senior UX-UI Designer is a pivotal role that is responsible for aligning with the technology and sports marketing teams in creating a comprehensive plan/strategy/roadmap for achieving the business goals.
The Senior UX-UI Designer will join the company as a Founding Partner, with a highly dynamic compensation package that includes a base salary (upon successful funding expected in Q2), bonus, equity, revenue sharing, and benefits.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year for Full-time (Stipend Payment Until Funding)
