Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the UX strategy and HEXA design thinking processes.
• Develop innovative UI designs that prioritize user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Utilize Figma and other relevant tools to create and iterate on UI designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and gravity engineering.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Design).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Strong expertise in HEXA design thinking and gravity engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
