Job Overview
The Senior User Experience Designer crafts innovative and engaging digital products that delight customers and drive business results. Responsible for supporting overall employee experience core design products including wireframes and mockups, they work closely with product and development teams to understand requirements, and deliver creative solutions for applications that affect the entire employee career lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produces sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and style guides with minimal oversight.
- Leads creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and patterns.
- Works across functional teams to understand business and product requirements, technical possibilities and constraints.
- Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, create and implement with success while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Teams up with User Researchers and other Designers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and solve cross-application design challenges.
- Contributes to high-level design strategy across the company
- Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or a related field. (Required)
- Work Experience:
- 4-7 years Related working experience. (Required)
