Full-Time, $80,000-$120,000 Nexio is seeking a visionary Senior UX Designer passionate about developing seamless and engaging user experiences for complex financial systems. You will spearhead the design of intuitive user interfaces for our advanced automation tools, focusing on creating accessible, efficient solutions for the unique challenges of the payments industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of fintech services, making intricate payment processes straightforward for our global user base. Responsibilities - Lead the design process for our fintech tools, focusing on optimizing user experiences in the digital payments landscape.
- Conduct customer interviews.
- Engage in comprehensive user research to understand customer needs, identifying opportunities to enhance user interaction with our platforms.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that facilitate seamless navigation and interaction, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in UX design and fintech, applying this knowledge to keep Nexio at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications - At least 3 years of proven UX design experience, preferably in the fintech or payments sector.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing sophisticated digital products, with a focus on enhancing user experience in financial applications.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and an understanding of how to integrate cutting-edge technology to improve user interactions and functionalities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead design projects and work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
