Senior UX Designer
What you can expect
As a UX designer you will work with Product and Engineering to understand, question, and analyse requirements and user jobs, explore design solutions, and validate them. You will work with the Design Team to produce high-quality design discovery and collaborate with the team on design.
About the Team
Zoom Customer Experience is an omnichannel contact center solution optimized for video and integrated into the same Zoom experience. Zoom Contact Center brings unified communications together with contact center capabilities. Ancillary products that often go with Contact Center is Workforce Engagement management. It is a grouping of Quality Management and Workforce Management designed to make a contact center more efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
- Owning and lead the overall design strategy for the Workforce Engagement Management Integration and its overarching Zoom Customer Experience Integration.
- Delivering a cohesive and innovative experience to help Zoom customers quickly push and pull data for their needs.
- Working with the lead designers, integration lead designer, to build a suitable design architecture.
- Creating admin experiences that are simple and elegant for Zoom customers.
- Partnering with the design systems team and strategize for the growth of the Contact Center design systems and consistent design.
- Advocating and enhancing the Zoom Brand experience within the design team and the cross- functional partners.
- Fostering sustainable and quality design solutions by aligning the team’s knowledge of the problem and root cause.
- Elaborating on the problem and root cause and designs solutions that encompass the overall strategy of the Contact Center.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of related experience as a UX designer
- Have proficiency in Figma or the ability to adapt to it.
- Possess knowledge of user experience design processes and methodology for web apps of user experience design processes
- Be able to run usability testing and exposure to user research.
- Be able to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Portfolio link must be included in the resume
