Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX designer to join our team.  The UI/UX designer will work closely with our Air Force and Space Force clients, Business Analysts, engineers, and data scientists to learn from the users and produce low-high fidelity prototypes which will be tested, iterated, and briefed for development.  The role includes producing product-centric interaction and interface design working on static comps and interactive prototypes.  Strong communication skills are desired as the role demands the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.

As a UI/UX designer you will be responsible for:

•  Working with stakeholders (i.e. clients, product team, development team) to identify requirements and specifications for the development of new and established features
•  Creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate concepts and design patterns for delivery teams and stakeholders
•  Creating presentations and user flow documents to effectively communicate integration and product vision
•  Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
•  Efficiently facilitate and present design decisions and incorporate customer/SME feedback

 Role and Responsibilities include:

• 5 + years in a Professional UX design or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work

 Here’s what you need:

• Experience designing for Enterprise SaaS and web-based applications
• Experience with design and prototyping tools (Excalidraw a huge plus)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work
• Experience with web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Javascript Frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Demonstrated effective presentation and analytical skills

Bonus Points if you have:

• Military/DoD background highly desirable

• BA or BS degree
