Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design efforts to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to transform complex concepts into user-friendly designs. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, and developing interactive prototypes to ensure a seamless user experience. You will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality user experiences across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs while maintaining a user-centric approach.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process and deliver cutting-edge user experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors of Arts, Graphics Design
  • 5-10 years’ experience in User Experience Design and Development
  • Expertise in Figma
  • Expertise in UX Design best practices
  • Expertise in User Interface Design best practices
