• Receive a consistent pipeline of product requirements which you will build the designs from.
• Follow the UX design process of receiving requirements, creating designs, validating designs, iterating, and delivering.
• Build and administer usability tests, then analyze and apply the findings.
• Act as a consultant for other members of the team on UX/UI best practices and give guidance when needed.
• Share assets with our Core UX team, including assets from our proprietary design system, “Mercury.”

• 4yr Degree in UX Design or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in a design tool, preferable Figma
• Ability to prototype design ideas
• Experience designing for both the web and mobile (Android + iOS)
• Familiarity with responsive design
• Capability and experience of going through the design process
• Can create, administer, and analyze usability tests
